I love what I do. I love solving varied problems from identifying issues and implementing solutions to helping build brilliant teams.

I am an engineering professional with an abundance of experience leading teams and delivering projects. Since 2010 I’ve worked on projects from development through to scale up and full-scale manufacture, to the delivery of multi-million-pound machines. I’ve identified organisational issues and restructured teams and ways of working to enhance performance and produce excellent results.

My work is defined by my passion and commitment to solve problems, whether they are day to day, technical, project delivery or organisational.

The process of overcoming long term technical and organisational issues is possibly the most daunting, uncertain and tough experience leaders and executives encounter. I have a deep understanding and sensitivity to these challenges.

I have mostly been UK based but working for international companies and have therefore worked in teams across Europe.
